Frequently asked questions.

Clear answers to the most common questions before you start a private conversation.

01

Account and access

How do I recover access to my account?

Use “Forgot password?” from the sign-in page. A code will be sent to your verified Viotus Account email so you can set a new password.

Can I change my Viotus name?

Name changes are not currently available to regular accounts. This restriction protects the continuity of public identity and Social history.

What is MFA for?

Multi-factor authentication adds a check through an authenticator app. It is especially important for every protected administrative operation.

02

Purchases and Credits

Where can I review purchases and movements?

Open Account → Credits balance to see your balance, latest ledger movements and recent verified purchase history.

Can Credits be withdrawn or converted to money?

No. Credits are an internal Viotus ecosystem currency. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money or used outside compatible Viotus products and services.

Can I use Help without making a purchase?

Yes. Any account can open tickets about products, payments, purchases, access, security or other categories. To reduce spam, accounts without a verified purchase have stricter limits; verified customers receive more tickets and replies.

03

Support and privacy

What should I include in a technical request?

Include the product, device or system, what you were trying to do, what happened and steps to reproduce it. Never include passwords, MFA codes or complete payment details.

Who can read my tickets?

Only you and authorised staff with access to that conversation. Tickets never appear on your public profile or in Social activity.

How will I know when staff replies?

The reply will appear inside Help and will also be reflected in the notification indicator in your account menu.

Still need help?

Open your Viotus Account to review your conversations or create a private ticket with staff.
