01

Acceptance and scope

The agreement that applies when the website or account is used.

By accessing viotus.com or creating or using a Viotus Account, the visitor agrees to these terms to the extent an enforceable agreement is permitted by applicable law. A person who does not accept them should not create an account and should stop using the service.

These terms govern the public corporate website and core Viotus Account identity service. A download, application, Social space, online world, paid service or developer tool may require separate product terms or a privacy notice before use.

This document, the legal notice and the privacy policy should be read together. Product-specific terms prevail for the function they expressly regulate, but they do not silently remove protections or obligations contained in another document. Headings and interface labels assist navigation and do not narrow the ordinary meaning of a clause.

02

Eligibility and authority

A person using the website for an organisation confirms that they have authority to use it in that professional capacity. The website is intended for a general audience but is not designed as a service directed specifically at children.

Nothing on the website creates an employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, advisory or investor relationship.

03

Viotus Account

A Viotus Account provides a common identity for Viotus products and services. Creating an account does not guarantee access to a particular product, beta, Social feature, purchase or online world. Availability, eligibility and product-specific rules may differ.

Members must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and recovery methods confidential, use multi-factor authentication where required, and promptly report suspected compromise. Accounts are personal unless Viotus expressly authorises an organisational arrangement.

  • Do not share, sell, transfer or impersonate an account.
  • Do not create accounts through automation, evade verification, generate spam or manipulate notification and Social systems.
  • Do not attempt to obtain another member’s credentials, tokens, messages or non-public information.
  • Viotus may verify, limit, suspend or disable an account where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or enforcement, subject to mandatory rights.
04

Limited permission to use the website

Viotus grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access the public pages and view their content for lawful personal or internal professional information purposes.

Visitors may share ordinary links and quote limited excerpts where legally permitted and accompanied by accurate attribution. No other rights are granted by implication.

The permission includes ordinary browser caching and printing a reasonable copy for reference. It does not permit operating a mirror, republishing substantial sections, packaging assets into another product or using the visual identity as a template for a competing or misleading service. Viotus may withdraw permission for misuse while respecting uses independently authorised by law.

05

Prohibited conduct

The website must not be used in a way that harms the service, Viotus, another person or a protected right.

Automated access is assessed by its purpose, frequency, effect and legal basis. Ordinary indexing by reputable search engines and assistive technologies is not treated in the same way as extraction that circumvents controls, degrades availability or builds a substitute collection. A public URL is not an invitation to disregard technical instructions or intellectual-property restrictions.

  • Circumventing access controls, testing vulnerabilities without written authorisation or interfering with infrastructure.
  • Introducing malware, automated traffic that creates unreasonable load, or mechanisms intended to disrupt or mislead.
  • Systematically copying, harvesting or training on protected Viotus content where no permission or statutory basis exists.
  • Reverse engineering client-side elements except to the limited extent mandatory law expressly permits it.
  • Using Viotus names, designs or materials to impersonate the studio, misstate product origin or imply endorsement.
  • Publishing unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or privacy-invasive material through any future interactive feature.
06

Editorial and informational content

News, technical explanations, product pages and corporate statements are supplied for general information. Although Viotus seeks accuracy, content may contain omissions, become outdated or reflect a work in progress.

Visitors should independently verify information before relying on it for a technical, financial, legal, commercial or other consequential decision. Website content is not professional advice.

Dates and statuses are supplied to orient the reader and may refer to publication rather than the time of a later revision. Translations aim to preserve meaning but can differ in nuance. Visitors requiring information for a formal decision should request confirmation through the relevant corporate or product channel instead of treating a cached page as an authoritative record.

07

Products in development

Concept art, screenshots, prototypes, specifications, roadmaps, platform targets and release windows represent the current direction of work. Development may require material changes or cancellation.

A product page, waitlist reference or statement of intent is not an offer capable of acceptance and does not guarantee availability, compatibility, price, functionality or a particular launch date.

Public discussion of an experiment does not oblige Viotus to preserve it, open its source, support a prototype or maintain compatibility with an early representation. Features may be combined, renamed, restricted by territory or platform, moved to another product or removed where design, safety, legal, performance or commercial considerations require it.

08

Future software, downloads and online products

When Viotus makes software or digital content available, the applicable product page will identify technical requirements, supported systems, licence rights, update policy, support route and any price or consumer information required at that time.

Users must review those product-specific conditions before installation or access. These website terms do not by themselves grant a licence to run, copy, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit Viotus software or game assets.

Product-specific terms may also address account eligibility, acceptable use, online conduct, virtual items, system requirements, telemetry, artificial-intelligence features, update delivery, suspension and termination. Where mandatory consumer law applies, those terms will identify the trader and contractual information before the user becomes bound, rather than relying only on this general website document.

09

Communications and feedback

A person contacting Viotus must have the right to send the information and attachments they provide. Confidential, regulated or security-sensitive material should not be submitted through a general contact route without prior agreement.

General ideas or feedback sent without a separate written confidentiality agreement may be evaluated without a duty to treat the idea itself as confidential. This does not transfer ownership of pre-existing protected material or permit Viotus to use personal data outside the privacy policy.

Viotus is not obliged to adopt, develop or compensate an unsolicited suggestion. The sender remains responsible for ensuring that their submission does not violate confidentiality, employment, invention-assignment or third-party rights. If confidential evaluation is required, the parties should agree its scope in writing before the relevant material is disclosed.

10

Ownership and reserved rights

Viotus and its licensors retain all intellectual and industrial property rights in the website and products. Product names, fictional universes, characters, visual systems, source code, tools, models, datasets where protected, interfaces, music, writing and artwork may not be exploited without the relevant right or permission.

Rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved. Notices, watermarks and technical protection measures must not be removed or altered.

11

Third-party services and materials

The website may reference or link to third-party providers, operating systems, stores, repositories, market data or publications. Those services are governed by their own contracts and Viotus does not control their continued availability or conduct.

Use of a third-party name for compatibility, commentary or identification does not imply endorsement.

12

Security and availability

Visitors and members must use reasonable security practices and a supported browser. Viotus may apply verification, throttling, session invalidation, access restrictions or temporary suspension to address abuse, credential compromise, excessive automated traffic, maintenance, legal or operational needs.

Viotus does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and no internet security measure eliminates every risk. This does not affect obligations that applicable law makes mandatory.

A suspected vulnerability should be reported through the official contact route with enough information to reproduce and assess it, while avoiding access to unrelated data, persistence, disruption or public disclosure that increases risk. Receipt of a report does not retrospectively authorise testing and does not create a reward programme unless Viotus expressly publishes one.

13

Warranties and liability

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no additional warranty is made regarding uninterrupted access, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or the future availability of a product.

Viotus is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused solely by reliance on general website information, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, personal injury or another non-excludable category.

The allocation above relates to the public website and is not intended to replace warranties, service levels or remedies expressly granted in a future paid-product contract. Where loss is partly caused by a visitor’s failure to follow clear instructions or maintain reasonable safeguards, that circumstance may be considered only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14

No investment offer or financial advice

Investor and public-market content is educational and corporate in nature. It is not a prospectus, solicitation, investment service, personalised recommendation or offer to sell or subscribe for an interest in Viotus. No participation is currently available through this website.

Market investments can fall as well as rise and past performance does not guarantee future results. A person considering an investment should use authorised professional advice appropriate to their circumstances.

15

Consumers and mandatory protections

Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumers cannot waive under applicable law. If Viotus later offers paid digital content or services, the product-specific checkout and contract will provide the legally required pre-contract information, conformity rights, withdrawal information and remedies.

Until such a purchase system is introduced, viotus.com does not conclude consumer sales.

Future consumer terms will distinguish one-off and continuous digital supply, describe compatibility and interoperability known to Viotus, explain updates needed to maintain conformity and provide the identity, price, duration and cancellation information required for the transaction. No statement here should be treated as advance waiver of those future disclosures or remedies.

16

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, subject to any mandatory rules protecting consumers in their place of habitual residence. The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern through the Viotus contact route.

Where the parties may validly agree jurisdiction, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Spain. This does not displace a consumer’s mandatory venue or other non-waivable procedural protection.

17

Changes, severability and contact

Viotus may update these terms for legal, security, technical or product reasons. The version and effective date displayed above identify the terms currently published. Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.

If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver. Questions may be sent through the official contact page.
