These Policies govern the access to and use of the digital platforms, services, applications, tools, and content provided by Viotus (collectively, the “Platform”). They establish the general rules, standards, and expectations applicable to all users and form part of the legal framework governing the use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, users expressly acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Policies in their entirety.
Viotus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to interpret, enforce, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue these Policies at any time. Any changes shall become effective upon publication. Continued access to or use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policies. Users who do not agree with these Policies must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
The Platform is intended solely for lawful purposes. Users agree to access and use the Platform in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and legal obligations. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with any regulatory, tax, or legal requirements that may apply to them.
Users agree to use the Platform in a responsible, lawful, and respectful manner, consistent with its intended purpose. Any use of the Platform that is abusive, deceptive, misleading, harmful, disruptive, or otherwise improper is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, activities that interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, degrade system performance, impose unreasonable or disproportionate load on infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
Users shall not engage in any conduct that could compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, attempting to bypass or circumvent security mechanisms, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer software, probe or scan systems, scrape data without authorization, deploy automated scripts, or otherwise interfere with access controls or protective measures. Any such conduct may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or termination of access, without prior notice, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Users are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their accounts, devices, or access credentials. Viotus does not actively monitor individual user activity for compliance with these Policies and does not assume responsibility for user conduct. Users acknowledge that any actions taken through their accounts are deemed to have been taken by them, whether authorized or unauthorized, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
The Platform may allow users to submit, input, store, or process data or content. Users remain solely responsible for any data or content they provide and represent that they have the legal right to use, submit, and process such content. Users shall not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, defamatory, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate. Viotus does not assume responsibility for user-provided content and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
Privacy and Personal Data
Certain aspects of the Platform involve the collection and processing of personal data. All matters relating to the collection, use, storage, protection, and processing of personal data are governed exclusively by Viotus’ Privacy Policy, which constitutes a separate and independent legal document and forms an integral part of the legal framework applicable to the Platform.
The Privacy Policy describes, among other things, the categories of personal data collected, the purposes and legal bases for processing, data retention practices, user rights under applicable data protection laws, and the safeguards implemented to protect personal information. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully.
The Privacy Policy is available at the following location: Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using the Platform, users acknowledge that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy and agree that the processing of personal data shall be governed exclusively by its terms.
Returns and Refunds
The Platform may provide access to digital products, subscriptions, software features, and services that are offered on a paid basis. All matters relating to returns, refunds, cancellations, subscription terminations, and payment reversals are governed exclusively by Viotus’ Returns & Refund Policy, which constitutes a separate and independent legal document and forms an integral part of the legal framework applicable to the Platform.
Viotus operates exclusively through third-party digital distribution platforms, including the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. As a result, Viotus does not process payments or refunds directly. Any request for a refund, cancellation, or billing dispute must be submitted through the platform used to complete the purchase and shall be subject solely to that platform’s applicable refund policies and procedures.
The Returns & Refund Policy explains, among other things, the digital nature of Viotus’ products and services, the absence of direct refund processing by Viotus, the role of third-party platforms as merchants of record, and the limitations applicable to refunds once digital access has been granted.
The Returns & Refund Policy is available at the following location: Returns & Refund Policy.
By accessing or using the Platform and by purchasing or subscribing to any paid product or service, users expressly acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed that any refund-related matters shall be governed exclusively by the Returns & Refund Policy and the applicable third-party platform policies.
Access, Limitations, and Enforcement
Viotus may, at its discretion, implement limitations on usage, access frequency, storage, or functionality in order to maintain system stability, prevent abuse, ensure security, or comply with legal or operational requirements. Users acknowledge that such limitations may change over time and agree that Viotus shall not be liable for any impact resulting from the enforcement of such limitations.
Viotus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a user has violated these Policies, applicable laws, or poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or Viotus itself. Such actions may be taken without liability to the user, except as required by applicable mandatory law.
The Platform may evolve over time, and Viotus reserves the right to modify, replace, discontinue, or remove features, content, or services at its sole discretion. Users acknowledge that no specific feature, functionality, or availability is guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viotus disclaims any responsibility or liability arising from user conduct, misuse of the Platform, violations of these Policies, or reliance on any content or tools made available through the Platform. Users agree that they assume full responsibility for their use of the Platform and for any consequences arising therefrom.
These Policies operate in conjunction with the Disclaimer, Security Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy, all of which together constitute the complete legal framework governing the use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail unless otherwise required by applicable law.
By accessing or using the Platform, users expressly acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Policies. If a user does not agree with any part of these Policies, they must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform and its associated services.
