By purchasing, subscribing to, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using any Viotus product or service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this policy in its entirety.
Viotus provides exclusively digital and non-tangible products and services distributed solely through third-party digital distribution platforms, including but not limited to the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Viotus does not sell, invoice, charge, or process payments directly, and does not act as the merchant of record. All payment transactions, subscription activations, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled entirely by the applicable platform provider in accordance with its own terms, conditions, and policies.
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all purchases are considered final once access to the digital content, features, or services has been granted. Viotus does not offer returns, exchanges, or direct refunds under any circumstances. Any request for a refund, cancellation, payment reversal, or billing dispute must be submitted exclusively through the platform through which the purchase was completed, and shall be governed solely by that platform’s refund policies.
For the avoidance of doubt, all refunds, if any, are governed exclusively by the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the platform used to complete the purchase. Viotus does not provide independent refund rights, alternative refund mechanisms, discretionary refunds, or exceptions outside those platforms, and no refund shall be deemed available unless expressly approved and processed by the applicable app store.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that Viotus has no technical, contractual, operational, or legal authority to approve, deny, issue, process, or enforce refunds, nor to reverse, modify, or interfere with transactions processed by third-party platforms. All determinations regarding refund eligibility, approval, timing, partial refunds, or denial are made solely at the discretion of the platform provider, and Viotus does not guarantee or influence such outcomes.
Subscriptions to Viotus products or services are managed entirely through the relevant app store account associated with your purchase. You are solely responsible for monitoring renewal dates and canceling subscriptions prior to renewal if you do not wish to continue the service. Failure to cancel a subscription before the applicable renewal date may result in automatic charges, which are non-refundable, except where the platform provider determines otherwise in accordance with its policies or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, digital products or services that have been accessed, activated, downloaded, streamed, unlocked, or used are not eligible for refunds, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, premium features, digital content, and time-based services. Where applicable law provides mandatory withdrawal or refund rights, you acknowledge that such rights may be limited or waived once digital delivery has begun, where legally permitted.
In the event of technical issues, service interruptions, or perceived malfunctions, Viotus may, at its sole discretion, provide technical support or troubleshooting assistance. The provision of technical support does not constitute an admission of fault and does not create any entitlement to a refund, compensation, or credit, nor does it alter the refund policies enforced by the applicable platform provider.
Any attempt to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes outside the official refund mechanisms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store may result in account restrictions, suspension, termination, or loss of access to purchased content imposed by the platform provider. Viotus shall not be liable for any consequences, damages, or losses arising from unauthorized, improper, abusive, or fraudulent chargeback attempts.
This Returns & Refund Policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the jurisdictions in which Viotus operates. Nothing herein shall be interpreted as limiting or excluding any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where such rights apply, they shall be exercised solely through the applicable third-party platform’s refund procedures, and not directly through Viotus.
